Product Warranty

Most of our goods are tested here  before shipping out to our customers to help ensure that there are no manufacturer defects.  For hygenic reasons we cannot test atomizers, cartridges, cartomizers.  If an item does not work properly when you receive the product/s, notify us immediately and we can try to troubleshoot the situation.
 
If the problem cannot be resolved and a manufacturer defect is determined, then the item may be returned for a refund or a replacement as determined by us.   E-Liquid, cartomizers, clearomizers,  are not returnable due to hygenic reasons.  Please note that all the flavors we do carry contain PG, so if you do have an allergic reaction to PG we do NOT suggest purchasing our E-Liquid. Due to the risk of damaging batteries either by leaking e-Liquid or short circuit from cartomizers, cartridges,  and clearomizers , or as a result of accidental damage, we can no longer accept the return or replacement of used batteries.
 
We keep our prices low on replacement parts and encourage the ordering of extra atomizers and batteries for backup supply.  We are willing to work with our customers who are not satisfied if a battery does go bad within 14 days,  but we are under no obligation to accept returns of used products in any way shape or form.
 
It is very important to be educated on how to fill cartridges and cartomizers and to use care on maintenance of such items, as well as have knowledge of what can and cannot be used with certain batteries.  Returns on unused and unopened products are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
 
All of our E-Cig Kits are Authentic JoyeTech products. We do not sell knock offs or no-name brand kits. We are on the JoyeTech Factory’s distributors list at http://www.joyetech.com/distributors/dis.php?nation=CA All spare parts we sell are also authentic Genuine JoyeTech, Kangertech, Bogetech and Smoktech products. If using non- Joyetech parts with Joyetch parts, any and all warranty issues(within 14 days) are null and void.
 
We do not offer any promises or satisfaction guarantee if the product is functioning correctly. We can not accept any returns on e-liquids.

Shipping/Delivery

Shipping charge is a flat rate of $9.99 Canadian. (xpress post flat rate of $15.99, FREE on orders over $150) (CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)

We Ship From Mississauga, ON CANADA. All prices are in Canadian funds.

Local delivery times are M-F/ 11am – 3pm. Local orders placed before 10am get delivered same day, orders after 10am get delivered next day, SATURDAY and   SUNDAYS WE ARE CLOSED…

ALL shipped orders are sent via Canada Post business expedited parcel service or xpress post service with tracking numbers and insurance. Orders will be sent out within 24 hours of your payment being received (excluding weekends).

If a package is sent back to us from Canada Post due to our error, we will re-send it by express to make up for the delay. If a package is sent back to us due to a customer error; the customer will have to pay the shipping charge again.

Shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on how close you are to Mississauga.
